Certify Your Project

Build America Challenge provides corporate real estate
professionals with the resources and framework for
sourcing and building American-made commercial spaces. 

To begin the certification process at the onset of a new construction project, clients must fill out the form to the left.  A representative from our team will contact you within 48 hours to initiate the challenge and share pertinent information.

Steps to certify your project:
  1. Client submits certification application (left) at project kick-off
  2. Certification documentation & procurement resources provided to contractor and project team by BAC
  3. Contractor responsible for sourcing materials, tools and labor throughout project
  4. Subcontractors must provide documentation / proof of sourcing to contractors
  5. Submission of certification documentation required within 30 days of project completion from contractor & subcontractors
